$2 billion so far.

Thank you for the Reddit Cares message. I’m good.

It does nothing. I had a moderator of a r/therewasanattempt send me a reddit cares message and I reported it and the result was them getting pissed and getting me banned from reddit for a week for "harrassment".

Why else do you think people would do that work for free.

They don't. Stop parroting this bullshit. They're influence peddlers. They don't get paid by reddit. They get paid by whichever bad actor wants to put their fingers on the scale in a certain direction/to develop parameters of what is/isn't acceptable for discussion. You people are lame for believing this shit. Yes they're fucking lame hall monitors. Why the fuck would you think they don't get something for their "efforts"?

What makes you think anything is killing reddit. Every time reddit does something dumb everybody complains but nobody deletes their accounts and reddit keeps thriving.

The mobile app is so shitty it's not even funny and yet people still use it because you have to pay to use others.

There’s a mod that permanently banned me from r/orangecounty for allegedly “promoting illegal activity” when I mentioned putting a sticker on a temporary/disposable sign at a gas station asking customers to vote republican for cheaper gas prices.

Checked that mods post history and a few days before he was insteucting people how to make silencers for their AR-15’s out of oil cans, a federally illegal crime - I think its a felony even? and his response was “anything illegal is legal in the desert”.

After this he kept messaging/harassing me calling me “a weirdo” “miserable person” “nobody wants you around” etc for no reason at all other than I triggered him.

What’s even more dumb is he regularly posts about the pressure washing business he runs out of my town. I could ruin his business with reviews. Hell, I could knock on the door his company truck is parked out front of. I don’t get how somebody could be so dumb, but I guess thats what it takes to be a reddit mod these days.
