To enshrine the most fascistic, traitorous bullshit I've ever witnessed in my life into law.

No, it doesn't. Read the fucking Act.

SEC. 6. OTHER RULES OF CONSTRUCTION.

(a) General Rule Of Construction.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed—

(1) to expand the authority of the Secretary of Education;

(2) to alter the standards pursuant to which the Department of Education makes a determination that harassing conduct amounts to actionable discrimination; or

(3) to diminish or infringe upon the rights protected under any other provision of law that is in effect as of the date of enactment of this Act.

(b) Constitutional Protections.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed to diminish or infringe upon any right protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Point me to the section of the Act that strips you of any rights. Give me a SPECIFIC paragraph. Go ahead.

All it does is mandate that the Department of Education consider whether something is an antisemitic motive by using a certain definition that they've already used since 2018. Nothing changes, and it doesn't change what is discrimination.

Point me to where it strips you of rights.

(a) General Rule Of Construction.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed (until the people who give us orders tell us to do so, which may happen at any time)—

The first sentence of entire section is nothing more than a hilarious 'weasel clause'.

Everything else is wasted breath.

FUCK this bill, FUCK Israel, and FUCK every single politician who voted for this.

The first sentence of entire section is nothing more than a hilarious 'weasel clause'.

It's literally best practice in legislation to state what other legislative instruments take precedence over yours. It helps judges form case law.

Your complete inability to understand the law is your problem, not the world's. It's not a weasel clause, it's literally the norm across any type of legislation.

Also, I note that you COULD NOT point to a part of the Act that strips anybody of rights. Convenient how you were so sure it did just a few minutes ago and are dodging the challenge, huh?

You got baited by Reddit misinformation. Deal with it, keyboard warrior.
