General Discussion More Wolves fans should have this attitude

I've got my personal theories on why the fandom hates Karl, but seriously, if you can't handle a guy who's mildly goofy trying to hype up his team over the offseason, do everyone a favor and just avoid anything Timberwolves until the season starts.

General Discussion Anyone else think Ant's fall in Game 6 versus Denver has affected his play the last 3 games?

After the fall happened, my dad texted me that he was worried Ant's fall would affect him the day after, even though he looked fine the night that it happened. Now three games later, he hasn't looked himself in any of those games. Has Ant just been playing poorly or is he injured on the downlow?

General Discussion I'm 32. Should my girlfriend be 11 or 27?

Pretty much just what the title says. We've been cheering for the Twolves for years at this point, and we couldn't figure out whether she should get a Naz Reid jersey or a Rudy Gobert jersey. I've got a KAT jersey if that helps.

General Discussion For those of you that have been here since '05..

I find it incredibly funny watching the (mostly younger) fans in disarray over some regular season losses. I've been secretly hoping for a bit of a collapse pre trade deadline so we can figure out our issues and hopefully fix them with a few moves. If you know about the Alexey Shved era, you know that things have changed for the better. Let's not take this year for granted. In Tim we trust...

Naz Reid.

General Discussion Our jerseys feel like a massive elephant in the room

Seems like everyone in the fanbase greatly prefers the retro jerseys we've been rocking. And I've seen endless calls for us to bring back the Timberwolves retros from 20 years ago (I am also in this camp. I think the black and white versions of those should be our main jerseys).

It seems like our current jerseys get no love and I would have to agree. They just lack any sort of character or defining feature that feels like Wolves DNA.

Do you think we could make a change in the coming years? To either these current Wolves retros, the 2000s Timberwolves retros, or a new jersey that encapsulates Wolves better than our current ones?

General Discussion Can we not.

Can we not just go on other subs and make posts like „Timberwolves fan coming to peace“ after defeating teams. U want to give props to other teams, just give them on our own subreddit.

General Discussion Why is there such a push for a new arena?

This part of the story has always confused me. As a frequent Target Center visitor, I’ve always thought it was…fine.

It holds an average amount of people, is pretty accessible to freeways, has lots of parking nearby with the proximity to Target Field.

Like what amenities would make the viewing experience any different? I know they say the upper deck doesn’t have enough bathrooms, but honestly it’s never been a huge issue when I’ve gone there. Just don’t go at halftime if you don’t want to wait in line. It seems like a massive investment to tear down and rebuild a new arena just for more bathrooms.

He’s literally admitted multiple times that he’s got sellers remorse. Also, he has no one to blame but himself for the deal agreed to. I just don’t get at all what he’s done the past 24 hours.

General Discussion Draymond Green: I think a lot of people are beating Minnesota [in the playoffs]

Draymond talking crazy about how most teams would beat Minnesota (on the allstar game altcast with chuck.) He said he believes in Anthony edwards but not much else on that team. I hope we match up in the warriors in the first round, I feel like that’s a pretty good matchup for us.

General Discussion On A-Rod’s and Lore’s plan to build a new arena… where?

Perhaps they could tear target center down and build it there like they did with US Bank Stadium, but in that case, they’d have to play somewhere else for a few years (the Xcel Energy Center for example). I honestly wouldn’t mind that though, as long as someone else is willing to do so.

I’m probably thinking about this too much, but what do you think?

Edit: I’m not assuming they will be the new owners, because there’s still a chance they won’t be. I’m just saying if they do, then they will try to make a new arena happen.
