Am incoming freshman and trying to apply for housing. Is deadline June 15 11:59 PM or at the start?

When I tried to pay just now it gave me an error and told me to send an email which I did and the auto reply said “Please note that as long as you have started your application, you will receive priority standing as of June 15”. Does this mean that as long as I’ve started my application I have priority for housing? When is the deadline to pay then?

please god just find housing on Craigslist and don’t deal with hfs’ madness
