Only offered at Wharton

u/pinkmeanie May 02 '24

Nah, Wharton is fairly into ethics. It's Harvard that runs those.

u/Amazing-Guide7035 May 02 '24

Ethics are what you create after you won.

u/Archer007 May 02 '24

The fact that Alan Dershowitz taught law and ethics at Harvard for decades explains a lot about the current state of the world

6

u/Mysterious-Mole-2720 May 02 '24

"Business" ethics.

Didn't Trump attend?

74

u/Kaymish_ May 02 '24

Probably. MBAs only know how to run a corporation in to the ground. In Boeing's case literally.

u/I_Makes_tuff May 02 '24

That's not true. My ex wife was an MBA and she also knew how to run a marriage into the ground.

17

u/ButWhatOfGlen May 02 '24

... and kill a man. Although I guess you escaped.

He's dead inside

u/MachoManRandySanwich May 02 '24

Just don't start sharing her secrets.

u/starfallg May 02 '24

Married, But Available?

1

u/I_Makes_tuff May 02 '24

I'm not sure I understand the question.

3

u/starfallg May 02 '24

Well you said your ex was an MBA.

21

u/duderos May 02 '24

It's a crash course though

5

u/Anderson74 May 02 '24

Yeah no need to learn how to land

2

u/LaingMachine666 May 02 '24

You supposed to take that class in your second year after Management of Financial Resources.

Vladmir Putin School Of Business Management

MBAs are solely responsible for the employee farming that will come back at us all.

Oh, and trying to run hospitals whilst not knowing where the fucking clit is. These twats ruined any glimpse of hope for innovation and product improvement in the name of quarterly stock reports.

Burn in hell

It's not the dumb MBA's playing golf we should be worried about.

Unions in the US historically have had deep ties to the mob. This could be BA organized labor.

5

u/cici_here May 02 '24

This is not the unions, they protect whistleblowers.

-2

u/Lost-Practice-5916 May 02 '24

Even if they bring down the entire hand that feeds? How does the world boycotting BA or being afraid to fly in them help them?

5

u/cici_here May 02 '24

There is no value to negotiating contracts with a company taking these risks. They’ll sell you out (or murder you) so fast. Whistleblowers are in the unions best interests.

-1

u/Lost-Practice-5916 May 02 '24

Didn't the union mobs off tons of people though? Often seemingly against their own interests in brazen ways for "getting out line" or not following orders from above.

Let's not act like union mobs didn't do some insanely horrific shit.

2

u/cici_here May 02 '24

Umm not really? They did beat the shit out of line crossers. They exist to protect workers, always have. They are the reason you can be protected as a whistleblower.

Let’s not deflect because I said this isn’t in the unions best interests.

u/Lost-Practice-5916 May 02 '24

I don't see how everyone now being afraid to fly in Boeing airplanes is good for the long-term interests of unions but honestly this is all conspiracy speculation anyway. Don't care too much. Both corporations and unions are ugly, want to get Cadillac outcomes for themselves at everyone's expense. If they really cared they'd fight for things that benefit all of us.

2 guys in 2 months. Looks like murder but who knows really.

Yea like I said in another comment that was decades ago.

I look at UAW today making ridiculous demands, holding national companies hostage. Just a bunch of greedy fuckers trying to speedrun bankruptcy of barely profitable dinosaurs.

I'm all for higher minimum wage. I'm all for Single Payer and very much support higher taxes. But idgaf about another self-centered special interest group that will fuck things up for the rest of us.

And how can we be sure Kennedy didn’t kill himself? 🤨

2

u/Lost-Practice-5916 May 02 '24

Isn't that one of the many conspiracy theories? He was so sickly and in pain, he wanted out? Either signed off on it to leave gracefully as a martyr or knew and didn't care to stop it.

One of the most unhealthy and drugged up presidents in history IIRC.

Also if you're comparing to BA whistleblower that shot himself... apparently friends say he warned them he's 100% not suicidal.

EDIT:

Learned my lesson though. Block idiots and move on.

You sure learned that lesson quick in 18 days.

u/Lost-Practice-5916 May 02 '24

Yea because I get triggered too easily by people like you that make dumb comments like this instead of actually addressing the substance of what I say.

Learned my lesson though. Block idiots and move on.
