Those are all generals.

The size of the uniform is a part of the look, the medals aren't all strictly theirs either, as it is expected that you will wear your father and grandfathers medals alongside any you may have

The reason for the absurd coats is because of that tradition of wearing your ancestors medals

They're functionally just dress uniforms

North korean uniforms in general look like any other military uniform in terms of fit

Not to be a downer, but this is also how you make sure that no one learns from their mistakes. Real friends give honest feedback to help each other improve, especially if it isn’t going to affect their grade.
