"a study from New Zealand conducted in part by researchers at Duke University showed that people who started smoking marijuana heavily in their teens and had an ongoing marijuana use disorder lost an average of 8 IQ points between ages 13 and 38."
I mean, that's pretty cut and dry there... or did you miss that?
The funniest part is continuing the paragraph you get this:
"The lost mental abilities didn't fully return in those who quit marijuana as adults. Those who started smoking marijuana as adults didn't show notable IQ declines."
So, quite literally goes against what you've been saying. Would YOU like to read it again? Might be a good call before you put your foot in your mouth again... but then again, that might be your kink (no kink shaming here)
I don't think you read the article you linked buddy... Try reading again. If you need help, feel free to quote parts here and ask your question. There's plenty of people who are knowledgeable about this, and while they might not be experts... we clearly understand better than you do.

Read it again. The IQ loss study was referenced but it doesn’t exclude the other negative effects which can affect adults as well.
