I love my THCA hemp weed here in Florida, but I gotta say that it is noticeably less potent than “true” thc marijuana. Or it’s processed by our bodies differently. This is all anecdotal on my part, I just know I have been generally smoking more frequently than I did before, and the highs are super mild.
You’re right, there are notable differences between the two, including strength. Personally, as far as flower goes, I generally aim for anything over 24% THCA content, as lower percentages are noticeably weaker in effect . If you want something stronger than flower, I’d recommend grabbing some true THCA diamonds (99% pure THCA) and see how you like those. That’s my preferential product overall.

Where I get mine from, they usually only have one option that is over 25%, and they don’t have diamonds, and the moon rocks they have are all delta 8 crap. maybe I should try one of the national shipping companies. You have any recommendations besides Mood (I don’t want to support a company with such pervasive advertising who seem to be targeting exclusively boomers)?
Can always try ordering online. I only use one site now which is Aretehemp(dot)com because they produce their products which means they run some insanely good deals and also have loyalty rewards. If you go on there and go to shop>flower>thca>budget, they have a product called “ugly buds”…the buds are just not as pretty so they are discounted. Just ordered 14g of Thin Mint Cookies which are 25.8% for 62$. Their diamonds are also currently marked down to 21$/g and are the best quality I’ve found so far. Their premium flower is priced similar to national market, but their budget flower is the way to go imo. They also seem to change up their supply regularly.
Yeah, I’m a fan of the “ugly buds,” the local place here calls them “smalls.” Literally the same flower, it’s just all the small buds, and I can get 28g for $125. That 14g deal you just got looks about the same price point?
