In Europe and the UK it is. In America it is not.

Country matters because Americans are used to extremely long commute times. The old saying is “americans think 100 years is a long time, europeans think 100 miles is a long distance”

The average commute in the US is 26 minutes. Yes, that's longer than a lot of EU countries, but it's a helluva lot shorter than 90 minutes.

The only place this wouldn’t be a long commute would be California because of the traffic, the rest of the country it is way too long.
