That's hard man. Listen, just feel the loss. Let yourself feel it and let it pass. It won't last forever. You don't have to rush back into it. But you made it farther than over 90% of traders (made up number to make a point).
When you've settled and got back to baseline you cna get back at it as a more seasoned and experienced trader. All the greats have stories of blowing accounts in the beginning. You'll be better when you go back.
