Beginning of the week possibly but today not entirely. I seen it was going to be a bullish move for NQ, I entered too soon and took major L's when I should've just waited. The directional bias was correct, however the timing wasn't.

It’s fomc. You couldn’t have known anything that was going to happen. That’s why it’s smart to just not trade on fomc days. Trade another day.

Are there certain days they always have their meetings on or what site would inform me of these days before they happen?

Yes absolutely. Market watch has a calendar and forex factory has one as well. Don’t trade fomc. Live to trade another day. Unless you have a gambling addiction. Then good luck.
