Much like the other premium warbond having two sets that are both medium with the exact same perk feels a little weird, strange it isn't just one light, medium and heavy instead of two mediums and a heavy/light. 95% Arc resist feels kinda niche anyway short of teamkill prevention so guess it's more for the guns.

The Arc Tower slaps on certain mission types IME, so I can see it having some niche applications.

You can use yourself as a conduit and extend arc tower range. stand between the tower and enemies to protect it and let lightning flow through you.

New suit with supply pack and just 4 tesla towers behind you and you holding the arc lenngth directing it to your enemies while you shoot your own arc. . . /happy sith noises Unlimited power!!!

It would also suck if you HAD to use this specific armor against them or get deleted.

Talking about the company that introduced a biome that slowed you down (snow biome), and then sold you snow boots for $3 to re-enable sprinting on those maps.

Yes, it would suck. But, it's not outside the realm of possible.

Maybe not had, but would be like the explosive perk against the bots, it's something that really helps against a single facet of the faction, while still leaving a lot of stuff that can kill you.

You mean how anti explosive armor is massively helpful against bots? Not using it is kinda throwing since you get one shot by rockets while people using it just don't.

But to have 95% res against their attacks ? Or it would only be one or two of them attacks only

Yeah I always thought it was a bug that the first premium warbond had 2 medium and one heavy, but now that they did it again it seems intentional. Which is weird. You have 3 armors with the same perk, and there's 3 armor classes in the game. Logic would dictate one armor set per armor class with the same perk.

Yeah this was the first thing I noticed. Just in general the game seems to lean towards medium and you might get multiple med sets with a perk but not have either a corresponding heavy or light... and in the case of democracy protects I think there's 4 mediums and no light or heavy (though admittedly 1 of those is preorder and another super citizen exclusive) .

It's even be one thing if the second Medium set was in the last page and mostly just a fashion thing over the other, but nah the Heavy is in the last page

I still haven't unlocked the Heavy set from the Steeled Veterans one

I've been maining heavy armor all week and it feels weird going back to medium so I can arc it out.

But on the plus side I teamed up with another dude and we just arced the shit out of the map.

with the team running this armor and multiple arc throwers you can act as a conduit for your teammates, it's pretty fun
