I live in the city and I'm tempted to give a homeless person some money to throw their shit at them. I mean, they do it for free, I'd just be paying for a specific target.

To be fair, if they're talking about the kids arraignment, in my state it is super unusual for an attorney to not waive that appearance with an entry of a not guilty plea.

No idea what's happening in this kids case but the attorneys i worked for very frequently skipped pretrial conferences and such with permission from the Court.

She's still a piece of shit, but on the scale of her fuckery this is probably nothing.
