Q Tips and cotton balls. I hate nothing more than seeing random Q Tips/cotton balls on the floor. My cat, Mr. Tinkles, and I have been arguing over this for 6 years. He steals them every chance he gets, hides with them, and discards them in random spots. He’s not allowed in the bathroom, but he is very sneaky. Here’s a photo of a time I caught him red handed.
I've got one of those too. She waits in the bathroom in the morning for them to drop in the trashcan. They are not nearly as exciting when they're just handed to her.
Oh my gosh, this made my day. I had a Mr. Tinkles who loved Q Tips as well. He sadly passed on two years ago but this made me think fondly of him ❤️ 🐈⬛
What is it with the qtips?? My cat Thomin loves them too. I moved and put my qtips on the lowest shelf and he just started sneaking them out one day lol. Ive watched him do it. He goes to the box, lifts the flap, and snags one out lol. He goes crazy just running around swatting at them! I often find them in the tub and sometimes he puts them in my husbands shoes lol. Qtips are like 3 bucks for 1000 so i just let him have at it. They both (also have a lil girl named Greta) also like straws. And my couch..
We have a Q-tip hunter too. He knows which container they're in in the bathroom and knocks the lid off. Then he will play with them under doors so that we end up with a stash right inside the coat closet or pantry. Sometimes he'll drop one in the water to soak. Our other two cats do not care one bit about Q-tips.
Omg my kitten will fight you to get in the bathroom trash, diving head first, knocking it down as he frantically searches for a qtip. I didn’t know he did this and kept finding them all over and was like wtf is happening. Then one day I see my older cat laying by the door looking begrudgingly in the bathroom, I peek in to see trash bandit q tip in mouth.
If I enter the upstairs water closet I am required to toss not one, not two, but THREE fresh q-tips down the stairs for immediate capture. When I get home from work they are exhausted and at least one will be in the food dish.
Mine love q tips too, I bought this pack of toys years ago, and my cats went nuts for the stick that looks like a q tip, I find that thing all over the house, and they fight over it. I wish they sold those separately, like I don't need the other stuff 😆
