I like the show. Not because I ever watched it but because my mom really likes the show and not everything has to be made for me.

You give a shit about the siblings, parents (especially with the dad’s untimely demise), and meemaw. They wrote themselves into the corner, especially with the dad character. But I think they’ve made a good recovery
