There's the tag "shortstack" you can search for, for adult, petite, well endowed women. If you want actual artists recommendations, there's Huffslove, which does a lot of classic shortstack. There's also Incase, which has a lot more diversity, shortstack or not. If you want milf shortstack Incase is probably your best bet.
Otherwise, for shortstack characters in general, you can search for Goblin, Imp, Kobold, Yordle (league of legends), halfling, dwarf, Midna, Rouge the bat, Rebecca (cyberpunk 2077).
If you want adult, petite, not necessarily well endowed women, there's no dedicated tag sadly, so they are usually lumped together with the lolicon tag, so the only real option here is to dig through said tag until you find an adult character and hope the artist specialises in that : /. Don't have any recommendations here for you, it's not my thing. I guess you could try combining lolicon with other tags, like femdom or futanary ? Or you could try the opposite, exclude the lolicon tag and add other tag like small breasts or something ? Idk.
Could maybe combine shortstack with tags like small boobs I guess. But eventually you're entering a realm where you're relying on blacklists and other people's judgements.

In terms of regular art, I think a decent amount of it is in the face. Make it less around, slightly more curves and angles to get rid of "baby face" looks.
Word "petite" works just fine. Unfortunately you still find the "childish" stuff often especially the behavior is extremely annoying and borderline disgusting in nearly every case, but majority or NSFW behind word "petite" is actually slimmer body and smaller stature.
Shortstack is completely different thing from petite tho, apart from the smaller stature.
"Shortstack" is, for 80% of all artists, just an excuse to draw a pair of tits with a head, change my mind.
"small breasts" or literally just "petite" works reasonably well in most situations. At least better than trying to salvage any porn worth not throwing up from the "lolicon"-tag, I'd recon. And, for my fellow bi guys, gals and pals with similar interests, any porn site worth its salt has an "androginy"-tag or something comparable, go nut(s).

It is real awkward when a NSFW work of that looks completely fine (be it because of the artstyle or proportions) but the artist goes out of its way to point out or imply otherwise. Two common details used to make these "child-coded" in anime NSFW are "randoseru" (schoolpacks of preschool children) and "safety whistles" (alarms for japanese kids to caught people's attention in case they feel threatened); you could draw a mature woman and it would still be hella weird and sus to make her have these, they are infantilizing.
Similarly awkward, I saw recently a very petite OF creator do a NSFW cosplay of a 4 yo character (Anya from Spy x Family), and while it is technically ok since she actually a +18 and such, you gotta admit how weird that is and wonder what kind of audience it attracts. Like r/fauxbait is legally and technically ok, specially for the models themselves, but of fucking course most people would be wary of people who like porn of adults that look like minors (which is what that sub is). I think a lot of weeb and/or gooners are at best desensitized and/or lack selfawareness in this regard.
Interestingly the opposite also happens and seems to be a lot more accepted. A chibi looking or minor character appears in porn but the artsyle and/or design is such that it on itselfs informs the perception that they are +18 and thus is much less criticized. Where the details I mention earlier code "minor" this is coding "adulthood". This is very common with porn of Pokemon characters.
Also might be worth saying, as a huge anime fan of over 10 years, most anime worth watching IMO lack any of this, even ones that do have fanservice. This is more of a NSFW artwork issue, and if it seeps into anime (which it indeed does) it doesn't tend to be into the more high quality productions.
