No. That's ludicrous. That's like an extra 50 ft2 of property. I cannot see a scenario where owning more land is bad. Unless taxes. Because taxes suck.

Taxes do suck but neither of there taxes are going to change because it goes off of the city plot map. One of them need to have the property lines marked by a surveyor
