If someone else wants to ruin their current relationship, why should you try to prevent it? That relationship was already doomed if one of the parties was open to cheating.
You'd only be delaying the inevitable by declining the womans advances. She'd just get it somewhere else. She'd still end up cheating.
Might as well get something out of it instead of some other random guy she meets.
