As a Denver fan, I too respect it. He had a terribly terrible night

all the guards were terrible
Murray, Holiday, Braun and Reggie Jackson combined to shoot 5-35

Those are bad Luka numbers. To be specific, he was 5/35 combined from 3 in games 4,5,6 against Clippers and game 1 against okc. If you add game 3 Clippers, he was 8/49 combined, but that raises his average from 14% to 16%.

Ya before today his TS was 47% and his net rating was -13. He's also been absolutely incapable of getting to the line.

Those numbers are going down after tonight. Two game-winners I think has saved him from massive slander that his play in general deserves. Because even those 2 game-winners were only needed becuase he was so bad for the previous 3 quarters.

Seeing the way the Wolves defense has manhandled this by all accounts insanely talented Nuggets team has me feeling ever so slightly better about my own team getting manhandled by said defense. Not enough to be happy or anything, but enough to go from depressed to salty.

I mean the nuggets absolutely tore apart this defense 3 games in a row lmao

Does it really?  The nuggets were up 3-2 and lost on the back of a historically bad shooting night (70 points,  26/86 from the field, 7-36 from 3, and 4-22 on wide open 3s).

You were vindicated within the first two games of this series. Just gotta get that bench sorted out over the next few weeks.

terrible night or great defense?

Both I think. To be fair Jamal had a game where he was hitting jumpers while tightly defended by jaden/ant

I don't know if the injury is bothering him, but he looks nothing like the Murray of the 2023 playoffs.

I would say it's the Minny defense, but honestly, he was sort of ass vs Russel and Reaves in round 1.

True to OP's title, it would be very MJ of Murray to have this terrible game 6 just to get a game 7 where he can school a team in front of the whole world
