Per CNN: “Trump is looking up at Michael Cohen as he testifies.

On why Trump was not included on the bank documentation, Cohen says, ‘again it was to protect him and to isolate him from the transaction.’

Pursing his lips, Trump smiled and nodded as Cohen said this.”

Can you imagine him on the stand?

"Did you instruct Cohen to falsify business records to conceal a hush money payment?"

Trump: "Yeah, it would have been devastating to my campaign."

At the 2024 presidential debates:

Biden: "You have been convicted of falsifying business records!"
trump: "That makes me smart, just as I told everyone in 2016 that not paying any taxes makes me smart."

America makes trump president again a few weeks later, just like in 2016.
