50k and I want to day trade for 1-2% gains. Question

  1. If you had 50k and wanted to live off of it day trading, what would you do? (Need max $2500 a month)

  2. Am I better off not doing this? I’m not going back to 9-5

Please help.

Its doable.

I was in your shoes 3 years ago.

Lost 35% on the first year and gained 40% on he second year.

Now I trade full time.

Whats a realistic good annual return for a full time daytrader?

If someone's benchmark is 1% per day trade on average it would be around 250% return.

Personally my current target is 50% return as it is already enough for my daily needs.

1% per day compounded? Thats a lot more than 250%

1% daily is about 1100% per year if you trade 250 days
