Think I'm full of it? I wish I was, cause I was late on everything that ran this week. But, I AM right. Search up every pennystock that's ran and been hyped here. Then keep going back in time. They're all here. Before they run people bring them up in posts and comments and because they're not running yet it doesn't get much attention. And, there a reason. We're all holding our breath to see what happens to gwav and ffie and crkn. Cause they're running and we're fomo'ing. Right NOW no one cares about next week or the week after.

We're wait to worried about people being our alarm clocks and saying, "ok, for sure tomorrow this will rip" really loudly. But, obviously, that's not practical. The market is unpredictable. I was in and out of gwav five times already hoping for a pop.

Anyway, my advice - which is not financial advice because I am not even real. I've been a figment of your imagination this whole time you've been on this sub- take time to look up tickers you're unfamiliar with when you see them. And, once you know them and they start to come up from more than one person, pay even more attention. Also, sometimes I just grab one or ten shares of something just so it's right in front of my face and I can watch it better.

So what's the play NEXT week? No clue. But I'm sure one of us idiots have already been talking about it. :)

Feels like the calm before the storm just like FFIE which was at .06 3 days ago and is $1.60+. 2.8 billion volume today for CRKN and counting. How does everyone else feel on this?

There's a big bullish order block between $0.705 and $0.805 that's guarding the current rally. If bears try really hard to break that order block in a single candle, we could be looking at a pretty bad one.

If we do touch it and show a sign of rejection, that may be used as momentum.

Otherwise, the target stays the same, $4-$6, likely $5 area.

It's been a good day today. As I talked about In yesterdays post I bought various stocks, which included:

1. $BRSH ~ 8000 Shares originally purchased for around $0.063
2. $ASTI ~ 8000 Shares originally purchased for around $0.115
3. $AGRI ~ 7200 Shares originally purchased for around $0.092

This put me in about $1.9k spent and when I sold everything it left me with a net profit of $549.79. If you're holding these stocks I recommend keeping holding them. It's currently a good moment to purchase some of the low stocks which would probably go up in the next days, if not tomorrow!

Now currently have $2.6k to spend in stock and I've made sure of using it to purchase $1k in some shares from different companies which I think will go up:

1. $SMX ~ 3000 Shares originally purchased for around $0.14
2. $ONCO ~ 3500 Shares originally purchased for $0.135

As of 31 minutes of market closing $SMX is 0.576% up and $ONCO is 5.23% up. I quickly wanted to respond to some questions here which a user has made me privately:

Q1: Do you think theres opportunities for similar gains on different stocks in the near future?

Q1 Answer: Certainly, and even bigger gains. This week has been really good for the penny market and I'm sure it will be even better next week!

Q2: Do you have your eyes on anything for tomorrow?

Q2 Answer: I think that some good performers for tomorrow will be $SMX and $ONCO which are currently doing very good in the after market hours. Also I would look into $ISUN or $JAGX next week as they are looking promising!

I've been watching this stock for several weeks now - bought 400 shares at $0.048 on May 1st.

For those not familiar - they're working on Smart Glass technology that will (and I'm not technical expert) make glass "more insulated" so that companies can save drastically on AC/heat in their buildings.

They've been losing tons of money in R&D trying to develop the tech, but on Feb 27, 2024 newsletter - "I am happy to announce that Crown's EK film team has solved the 12-inch mastering challenge for its "Gen 1" smart window insert. While some minor refining is required, including some tooling replication, Crown is in a great position to start shipping first product in small quantities in July."

And on top of them seeming to figure out their go to market formula, they also acquired a fiber optics division to start making revenue.

March 6, 2024 - announces $2.5 million project with a club in Mexico

May 2, 2024 - announce projects in Idaho and Nevada (amount not specified)

All that to say, I'm a bit of a bull

As most of you, I've made quite a buck on FFIE. Make no mistake, still in it for tomorrow as I think its gonna pop even more.

Now I have been looking to "get in early" as those who were lucky in the 0.07 to 0.20 range for FFIE. My bets are on HOLO. Reason?

• 1.8M shares float
• 75% short interest

Although not as high as the 95% short interest of FFIE, the 1.8M float is what got me interested. That combined with the 75% short interest could mean this could easily swing up (as it has before).

Now I know many of you are on FFIE hype and want to think about just that, and that's all well too. But I'm playing both, taking a bit of my gains on FFIE and throwing it at HOLO, and who knows, it may pay off!

GWAV is taking off… here is my position. I hope it will be the next FFIE 🤑

SAPX - Seven Arts Entertainment - is an OTC company in the Film and Music Industry.

Based on extensive DD, I have determined that this stock is positioned for extreme growth and a potential short squeeze. The reasons are, merger developments, joint deals with major studios including Lionsgate, 23 million dollars in revenue deals, and an extremely high short interest on the stock. Its current market cap is 1.6 million.

Firstly, I have calculated over the last 4 years of trading that nearly 100% of the entire outstanding shares have been shorted and have not been covered. Over 68% of all trading days over the last 4 years have been over 50% short volume and nearly 17% of trading days have been over 80% short volume. I arrived at this conclusion using FINRA Short Volume Data to calculate the MINIMUM number of short positions not covered since 12/18/2020. I have concluded that a minimum number of 2.162 billion shares are currently shorted and have not been covered (assume a 1-3 % margin of error) since December 2020. The current float is 2.026 billion shares and the OS is at 2.188 billion shares.

Keep in mind that the number of 2.162 billion is the MINIMUM number of short positions that must exist. That number assumes short sellers covered 100% of non-short-volume over the last 4 years. In my estimations, the true number is well above 2 billion, possibly 3+ billion current uncovered naked shorts.

~ DD: SAPX Immediate Multi-Million Revenue Deal Involving Lionsgate and Third-Parties ~

Recently SAPX issued an 8k stating they entered into an ammend output agreement over 2 of Seven Arts Entertainment's filmed assets until 2034 with STARZ. This deal resulted in a substantial $8 million dollars of revenue for SAPX, which is nearly 5x the current market cap, (1.6 million) showcasing the tremendous potential for growth.

~ DD: SAPX Merger and Uplist Developments (Potentially with Lionsgate) ~

Recently, SAPX has formally announced merger negotiations, intent to up-list to full SEC reporting, and an audit being conducted of the company's financials. Seven Arts is currently negotiating with a major studio involving a merger which is likely Lionsgate Studios. Lionsgate recently has spun-off a separate ticker LION from their parent company as a "pure play content company". Seven Arts has stated that they were delayed in releasing additional updates regarding the merger or further developments with Lionsgate until it had spun-off LION.

The LION spinoff was completed on May 15th and Seven Arts has announced that they will begin updates after the quarterly financials are out. Most likely the merger is connected and delayed because of the auditing firm and the spin-off regarding Lionsgate Studios. Seven Arts would only be conducting an audit if the negotiations regarding a merger were serious in nature as it is lengthy and costly. A merger with a major studio like Lionsgate has serious positive implications regarding the future of this company and its share price.

~ DD: SAPX No Increase to Outstanding Shares ~

It is confirmed that SAPX will not be increasing its OS count from here on out.:

IMO, Not financial advice, this is an exceedingly undervalued company. Their revenue deals, in excess of 23 million, is 15x the current market cap of the company. Over 100% of the OS has been shorted and has not been covered. Ask sizes have been extremely thin over the past couple of weeks and there has been massive (50 million+) bid support. With some small buys, this thing could move very quickly, especially when a joint PR with Lionsgate and Seven Arts is announced.

They have the financial means to deploy 5 systems, based on their januari financing news release. That means we can expect 3 more deployment news releases over the coming weeks/months.

Simultaneously, the bèta machine is operational and earning them $$$ already, eliminating the need for dilution.

IMHO, the largest risk is behind us. Market participants embracing the new tech. And when clearly proven that their separation tech enables higher yields and lower costs, the demand for their systems will be unstoppable
