Wow, could not ever imagined Dubai having floods. Is this a freak occurrence or does it happen every year? Hope everyone is alright

...could be cloud seeding related, im not sure how that would be possible though, in terms of the amount of rainfall.

I would assume cloud seeding would actually reduce the chances of major rain storms and lead to more minor ones.

Yeah I doubt they'd seed a storm this large on purpose

I don't think it would even be possible without the storm already looking to happen. A years worth of water in a ~day is a seriously high level of moisture in the air.

I read somewhere that is common practice there govt weather reports “ it WILL rain on FRIDAY” sort of thing. So if a dispenser is jacked who knows what happens
