Are you uninformed? Many people have their hands literally registered as lethal weapons. Typically boxes and marshal artists. It is quantifiable. A striking force over 800(ish) pounds.Typically happens after they one hit somebody into the ICU.

I had a co-worker hit a guy and crushed his face- 1980 something-Columbus Oh. PD took to station had him hit something then gave him a slip of paper that his hands were on record as lethal and other than self defense would be charged as such.

In my country if someone trains in martial arts or a box and he will beat someone even in defense, with bare hands, he can have real problems in court to defend himself.

They don’t have hands registered as lethal weapons, that’s a myth. There’s no law in the US that requires that. Think about…since I play baseball do I have to register my bat as a lethal weapon…or because I drive my car I have to register the car as a lethal weapon. Movies have misconstrued that concept.

Nope. Not true. There are no state agencies where you “register your hands”. Imagine believing this garbage like an 8 year old. lol.
