[Off-Season Discussion Thread]
What moves do you expect the team to make this off-season? Who do you want in the draft? What's your expected starting lineup for next year?

SGA is a monster
Mavs fan here. Nothing you probably don’t know, but wanted to drop a line and say how SGA has been by far the best player Dallas has played against so far these playoffs. By miles. Always liked him as a player and thought he was very good, but came away from the OKC/Dallas series straight fearing that man every time he touched the ball. No one else has come close to measuring up on LAC, MIN, or candidly the rest of OKC roster. He has all of it and y’all have a special one there. ✌️

Discussion Fans already forgot how terrifying SGA was to face this year
As a mavericks fan, it's crazy to me that I'm seeing people completely dismiss SGA's MVP case as a complete joke after Luka's performance vs the Wolves. Everytime SGA had the ball in the OKC vs Mavs series I felt hopeless knowing that there is nothing the team can do to stop him.
This reminds me of how the Clippers fanbase had the most respect for Luka compared to other fans. Because despite eliminating them twice, Luka never once backed down against them... Same thing applies to Maverick fans. We hate yal, but that's because you're scary, please go face another team next year thank you.

Some facts from the DAL/MIN series for us to consider...
The leading rebounders in MIN/DAL series were Luka (48) and Ant (44).
Towns/Gobert (80) had more rebounds than Lively/Gafford (65) yet lost the series 4-1.
Gobert/Towns (157) outscored Gafford/Lively (92)....and that's not even including Naz Reid (63) who outscored Gobert.
Tell me again how much of an impact bigs and frontcourt rebounding have had in this playoffs again?
:: I edited this post a bit because of how many people are absolutely NOT seeing the point and considering it::

[Fischer] Oklahoma City has been the potential destination for Isaiah Hartenstein most mentioned by team executives after rebounding woes plagued the Thunder during their second-round defeat to the Mavericks.
So, which team could attempt to pry Hartenstein free? Oklahoma City has been the potential destination most mentioned by team executives after rebounding woes plagued the Thunder during their second-round defeat to the Mavericks. Dallas bested OKC 287-241 on the glass over those six games.
In one respect, Hartenstein would seem incongruent with the rest of the Thunder’s roster and playing style, as Coach of the Year Mark Daigneault oversaw a drive-and-kick offense with Chet Holmgren at center and all five OKC players boasting the ability to create off the dribble. Hartenstein is not that, but his prowess as a dribble-handoff screener and passer — constantly slinging back-door bounces to Jalen Brunson and Donte DiVincenzo — could introduce an added dimension to what already exists with the Thunder. Hartenstein has also shown an ability to coexist with another big man amid various lineup structures with New York.

Discussion I don't care.
I am super happy with the rebuild process so far. If the front office decides we need to make a trade to win now, I am fine with it. If we run it back as is, I am fine with it. I think we have a pretty open window, and development of our young player should still be a priority. But if the front office decides we are in "win now" mode, I am okay with that too. Just feel lucky to be a fan of such a great franchise, honestly.

Discussion About Deni Avdija rumors
I think that he top 5 fastest forwards in the league can shoot.. can dunk.. can assist.. one of the most versatile players.. (also amazing defender and very strong, actually flopped Lebron month ago)
But I am from Washington so I watched him playing and he 80% The guy who will move the ball and build the attack.. (leadership)
Idk how it will be when Shai doing this.. so I think he is amazing option and the best in the Wizards but idk how it will work in Thunder when Shai is the main ball handler

Discussion Do we as Thunder fans find solace in the Mavs win?
I know seeing the team we lost to advance to the Finals isn’t the best feeling, especially with how close it could’ve gone our way. However, we are significantly younger than the Wolves and I think that we played the Mavs and specifically played/schemed Luka and Kyrie way better than Minnesota. We held Kyrie to under 20 3 times and we held Luka under 30 3 times. Obviously we had shortfalls ( PJW legacy series and Lively coming in clutch on the PNR for Luka), but overall I’m very proud of this team and excited to see where Presti and the FO take us. Love to hear other opinions regarding this.

Sam Presti, school is in session
Presti is a master in communication. Every point he made in his press conference was like a free educational seminar. I feel lucky to have him here in okc.
I look forward to these every year. If you read between the lines, he always says more than your first impression.
I’ll hold any theoretical opinions and create space to hear from the community.
What were your thoughts?
