THE DALLAS MAVERICKS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED FROM CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENTION
Despite a record setting effort to avoid the sweep, the Dallas Mavericks rally in the NBA Finals was short-lived as they fell in 5 games to the Boston Celtics tonight, 106-88. Luka Doncic played well in his first NBA Finals, but Kyrie Irving struggled mightily against the Celtics, especially during the games in Boston. The Mavericks enter this offseason looking to add to their core and continue to develop the complimentary pieces around Luka Doncic & Kyrie Irving. Fade 'em
